Feature Consignments 2025
The Saratoga Automobile Museum is proud to spotlight a world-class lineup of consignments set for the 9th Annual Saratoga Motorcar Auction, taking place September 18 through September 21, 2025, on the grounds of the Saratoga Casino Hotel. From Italian exotics to American muscle and stately luxury, this year’s roster of more than 350 consignments promises something for every collector.
This year’s Auction will feature a 2015 Ferrari 458 Speciale, the ultimate evolution of Ferrari’s naturally aspirated V8, delivering 597 horsepower and a 9,000-rpm redline. Its razor-sharp aerodynamics and track-bred engineering have secured its place as one of the most desirable Ferraris of the modern era. Sharing the spotlight is a 2014 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series, an extreme road-going version of the legendary gullwing, inspired by the brand’s GT3 race car. With a hand-built 6.2L V8 producing 622 horsepower and only 132 examples delivered to the U.S., it stands among the rarest and most collectible AMGs ever built.
For those seeking Italian drama and raw power, a 2020 Lamborghini Aventador SVJ will cross the block, boasting 759 horsepower from its naturally aspirated V12 and once holding the Nürburgring production car lap record. Its limited production and striking presence make it one of the most celebrated Lamborghinis in recent memory. From across the Atlantic, a concours-quality restored 1964 Pontiac GTO will represent American muscle at its finest. Widely regarded as the car that launched the muscle car era, this first-year GTO with its 389 cubic inch V8 and tri-power carburetors captures the excitement and prestige of Detroit’s golden age. Rounding out the highlights is a 2010 Rolls-Royce Ghost, a modern classic of effortless luxury. Combining timeless British craftsmanship with a 563-horsepower twin-turbo V12, the Ghost delivers both presence and performance in equal measure.
Beyond the cars, guests will also find an incredible selection of automotive memorabilia, including restored vintage gas pumps, original porcelain signs, and glowing neon signs, unique collectibles that bring automotive history to life.
“These vehicles represent the very best of their respective eras,” said Megan A. Hennessey, Executive Director of the Saratoga Automobile Museum. “From record-setting supercars to historically significant muscle and timeless luxury, this year’s Auction offers something extraordinary for collectors and enthusiasts alike.”
The Saratoga Motorcar Auction is the Museum’s signature fundraising event, with 100 percent of proceeds benefiting the Museum’s exhibitions and educational programs. The event kicks off with the Fast Lane VIP Concert on Thursday, September 18, featuring powerhouse band Soul Session, performing live under the main tent among the cars.
