Special Docent Lead Tours are available on select days and times listed below. They are free with admission to the Museum.

New Year’s Eve & Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Fourth of July and Christmas Eve & Day.

OTHER MUSEUM CLOSINGS:
Our schedule may change during exhibit changeovers and special events. During inclement weather, the Museum follows the Saratoga Springs School District closing and delay schedule. We suggest that you call the Museum or check the Museum’s social media platforms to be certain the Museum will be open to the public on the day of your expected visit.


Free parking is available in our parking lot, entrance from the Avenue of the Pines.

ACCESSIBILITY AND SPECIAL NEEDS

The Museum is fully ADA accessible. The entrance lobby is equipped with a wheelchair lift, and an elevator serves the second floor. A courtesy wheelchair is available at the Admissions Desk.

 

Guided Tours

Guided group tours are available to organized groups of 10 or more on a reservation basis. Groups receive discounted admission and enjoy an hour-long tour led by trained volunteer docents or Museum staff. Groups can include families, clubs, seniors, tourists, and community organizations.

VISITING WITH CHILDREN

Children under 13 visiting the Museum MUST be accompanied by an adult. Children under 13 years of age MUST be under supervision at all times.  

PHOTOGRAPHY

Photography and videography are highly encouraged, however, we do not allow tri-pods, monopods, or anything of that nature due to the inherent risk of them falling onto one of the cars. Just be careful and make sure to tag us @saratogaautomuseum! :)

MUSEUM GIFT SHOP

Stop by the Museum Gift Shop to check out the wide selection of merchandise that’s sure to please every automobile enthusiast. Browse through posters, books, and so much more. Children will love the store's activities and gifts for kids, including a wide range of model cars and books.

FOOD SERVICE

The Museum does NOT have a restaurant or cafe on-premise. There are many options within a short drive of the Museum, and the Admissions Desk and Museum staff will be happy to make recommendations, give you information, and directions.
