The 1970 model year marked a major evolution for the GTO Judge introducing sharper styling new color options and the most powerful engines Pontiac had ever offered. Designed to make a statement both on the street and at the track the Judge combined bold graphics and aerodynamic refinements with serious performance. The Ram Air IV 400-cubic-inch V8 remained the top engine choice delivering 370 horsepower and representing the peak of Pontiac’s factory muscle car engineering.

The Cardinal Red Judge is one of fewer than 170 convertibles produced in 1970 making it exceptionally rare among Pontiac’s high-performance lineup. Like its hardtop counterpart it is powered by the Ram Air IV 400-cubic-inch V8 paired with a 4-speed manual transmission. Its vivid red finish distinctive striping and rear spoiler highlight the Judge’s unmistakable appearance while the open-top design enhances its appeal. This rare configuration combines the power of Pontiac’s ultimate performance package with the elegance and freedom of a convertible.
