SUCCESS AT SARATOGA AUTOMOBILE MUSEUM LAUNCHES NEW MODEL FOR WEBSITE

It has been an extremely popular year at the Saratoga Automobile Museum and with that success comes the launch of the new look and design of its website. As of July 11, 2006, the site, www.saratogaautomuseum.org , will give visitors what Executive Director Steve Potter describes as, Ï÷the content that they have grown to love with a simple and new elegant design that is just going to wow everyone!Ó

The Museum not only recently popped the cork at its birthday bash and welcomed its 1,000 member across the finish line, but will be premiering its new exhibit ÏMercedes Benz Presents Ò John Fitch ÷An American Racing HeroÓ featuring some of the finest examples of Mercedes Benz Race Cars as well as cars from racer John FitchÌs remarkable career from the 1950Ìs.

The mission of the Saratoga Automobile Museum is to display significant cars, trucks, and vehicles that not only represent the automotive heritage of New York State but the entire world of motorized transportation. The Museum is chartered by the Board of Regents of the State of New York Department of Education and in addition to organizing permanent and temporary exhibits, the Museum hosts a variety of workshops, interactive displays, lectures, and outdoor shows.
